These by-laws were certified by the Board of Directors on September 13, 2016 to submit to the Community at large. The updates deal with transforming from a Fourth Day Group (under the guidance of the Rio Texas Emmaus Chrysalis Conferene) to a Community in covenant with the Upper Room Ministries.
