The Crossroads "Emmaus Prayer Circle"

The Crossroads "Emmaus Prayer Circle" is made up of a group of volunteers we call "moderators" that distribute joys, concerns and prayer requests to the Crossroads Emmaus Fourth Day Group by means of E-mail.

Our moderators are:

Neil Posey: posey3925@suddenlink.net
Karen Webb: kewflamingo@yahoo.com
Charlene Petersen: chpet@swbell.net
Jennifer Boggess jenntaylor1@sbcglobal.net
Belinda Waters: cbwaters@wildblue.net

Joining the Prayer Circle

In order to receive Prayer Circle messages, you must be added to the "circle"

The options below are used for adding, removing or changing the email address you use to receive Prayer Circle messages.

Add your Email address to the Crossroads Emmaus Prayer Circle

Remove your Email address from the Crossroads Emmaus Prayer Circle

Change the Email address where your Prayer Circle messages are sent

It is very important that you notify us if your email address changes so we can stop sending prayer circle messages to your old address (which causes delivery failure errors) and make sure you continue receiving them at your new email address.

Sending Information to the Prayer Circle

If you have requests you wish to pass to the prayer circle, you may email that information to any one of the above moderators and they will distribute your requests to the prayer circle.

We have also created a new "On-Line Prayer Request" page that allows you to type your prayer request into this web site and submit it directly to one of our faithful moderators.  Simple, Easy and Quick!

Click here to use the On-Line Prayer Request

The prayer circle will not accept messages directly from members, they must be sent through our moderators or from the On-Line Prayer Request page..

Using the "Reply" button on a message that you have received from the prayer circle will reply to the moderator who sent the message and not to the prayer circle.

Prayer Circle Messages are easy to identify

Messages received from the Crossroads Emmaus Prayer Circle will be sent from an email address similar to:

circle-request@ykc.com; on behalf of; Neil and Madeline Posey [posey@tisd.net]

All messages received from the Crossroads Emmaus Prayer Circle will contain
[Emmaus Prayer Circle]
at the very beginning of the subject.

Prayer Circle User's TIP:

This unique subject makes it very easy to use features in your Email program (such as rules or sorting) to store all messages in which the subject contains [Emmaus Prayer Circle] into a unique mailbox folder and keep these messages separated from your other email messages.  This procedure makes it very easy to manage your prayer circle messages without cluttering your Email "inbox".
